Our Services
Aspiring Principal Leadership Development
Professional development for aspiring principals prepares future administrators by developing the essential skills needed to be an effective educational leader and meet the needs of diverse staff and students. Major themes includes leadership development, time management skills, and creating a positive school culture and concludes with a practice interview.
Principal Mentoring Matters
Principal Mentoring Matters is a year-long mentorship program for administrators. Core components are strengths-based leadership, building positive school culture, goal setting and systems to collect data, effective time management skills, and increasing wellness strategies and job satisfaction. We will work together to transform your leadership, inspire your team, and improve implementation.

About Me
Dr. Trish Poelke
I have served in public education for 23 years. As a building principal I pride myself in creating a positive school culture that prioritizes equity and social emotional learning to increase student achievement. I founded Lead Mentor Repeat LLC to create unique opportunities to support teachers and administrators in their leadership development. I have presented to various districts and have been mentoring administrators and teachers to grow their leadership skills and increase their toolbox of effective practices. My passion is focused on growing the leadership capacity of educators to strengthen our schools, support our educators and meet the needs of all students.​
